Recently purchased a 1932 Chris Craft. Has a Chrysler engine SM7. I have the ser # but don't know where to find out if it is original or a later year engine. Any help appreciated [email protected]

I have an index that shows the "M7" engines being made from 1941 to 1948. Serial numbers M7-6401 to M7-34664.

What is your serial number?
