Hi Members,
Most grateful if anyone can help.
I need a 14 tooth sprocket for a Lucas RS1 magneto.
Has to have 14 teeth to match crankshaft sprocket on 2 stroke engine.
If any member has a spare with no wear on the teeth, I would be very interested.

Hi Ivor,
Most of these just used ordinary bike chain. Go to a cycle shop with your sprocket where they do proper repairs, and hopefully you will be able to get a 14tooth sprocket to match the teeth on yours. You will have to bush it, to fit onto your mag.
I got a 12 tooth one to fit on the chain drive of a water pump. I screw cut a thread on my bush to receive the toothed ring, but you could just weld or braze it in place. |
