According to the many publications on old single cylinder 2 stroke inboard engines the prop should be "square" meaning the diameter and pitch should be the same. 2 blade the same as the flywheel OD. 3 blade the same as the ID of the flywheel rim. I think the 4 HP Atlantic has a flywheel 13 inches in diameter (OD), and the id of the rim is about 11 inches.
So a 2 blade prop should be 13x13 dia and pitch and a 3 blade should be 11x11 dia and pitch.
As with any boat and prop this is just a suggestion.
