Small marine engine originally thought to be and labelled as an Acme 2.5 hp. Comparison with a known Acme 2.5 indicates otherwise as did the elderly son of the original Acme Oil Engine Co owner (Newcastle Australia). I would think it will be an Australian engine but happy to be proven otherwise with photos or other documents.  |
