HAY BOYS AND GIRLS CAN YOU HELP ME IDENTIFY THESE ENGINES ONE IS A LEFT AND ON A RIGHT. THEY WERE TAKEN OUT OF AN OLD CHRIS CRAFT. I THINK IT WAS A CATALINA OR A COMMANDER. THEY WERE REBUILT AND I WAS TOLD HAVE ONLY ABOUT 10 HRS ON THEM. From what I can see looks like 283 blocks, there's a spot next to the water pump mount,a little cove, on a 283 your finger would fit in easily, on a 327 it was a tight fit. These look to be wide. Casting # or measure bore and stroke to be sure. |
