Does anyone know much about this Meadows

What's in there however is what looks to be a Meadows engine. It has 8:28 stamped on it. Just wondered if anybody knew much about these engines. It works perfectly and has a magneto. Any info would be much appreciated and what would the value of something like this be Thanks Ben
