Envinrude 6.5 or 7.0 or what?

No.: B1640485 Could you please tell me about this motor? year? HP? Where I can find the repair and Maintenance Manuals? I need the water pump impeller!. I Deducted that the motor is 7.0HP since it is 7RSY. But do not know other important information. I noticed a Number in the Block...If this helps let me know. Thanks; Michael [email protected]
