Hello All!!!
I have started a page for what I consider interesting, not often heard of engines. The pictures are rather large, so I put them on my website. (Andrew- if you want to post them here also, feel free to do so.) Let me know what you think...

Ok All, it's a Heinel engine made in Wilmington, DE. The boat was built in 1900 in Holly Oak, DE and registered with #543 in 1955. Details are still coming in... maybe Mr. Durgee has some liturature to share?

This is the earliest Heinel ad I can find, Feb 1905, this was the same ad they used throughout the 1905 year. With the many engine options they offered it would seem to me that they had been making engs for several yrs ??

The 1906 ad above was one of the few photo ads I can find so far.

I find H.A.Heinel Co. listed in 1911 and 1913 marine engine index's .
