just replacing my exhaust manifold, when I took the muffler off, it still had water in it, of course. my boat lives on a trailer in the garage and after each days outing I flush the engine and fill it with radiator inhibitor. now just thinking how can I drain the muffler? drill a hole in the side, tap it and put a bolt in it? any ideas? |

That is exactly what most old mufflers had. |
