Nick, The motor is a 5/7 Blaxland twin. The bottom photo is.. (1 the square box is a Bronze muffler which fits on the manifold on the motor... 2 The two top pieces are the mounting fork and a Forward and reverse Gearbox...(3 The other item is a Finger clutch for use if you do not fit the gearbox and only gives you Fwd and Neutral. That looks like the boat and gear from Wollongong. Are you from the Geelong area? There should be a full workshop Manual etc with that boat. It belonged to a friend of mine and the Gearbox is brand new, never used, as is the clutch. The motor was fully reconditioned by the late Aub Rose. Cheers, Dave |

Hello Dave Quite right on boat, Mike said there was a manual and he would send it down when it turns up. How comprehensive is the manual? The mounting fork sits under the motor? and is there only one way to fit the box? Mike recommended using a closed cooling system, which seemed like a good idea would you or any one else have pictures of where to run pipe work under the boat. Nick |
