Hi Drue,
Get a block of hardwood and a large hammer and where the pin is for the strap to hook on to give it a sharp hit to the left and the pully assembley will screw off. The Flywheel is a different story though. It is on a Taper and is usually siezed to the crank. If you have Oxy gear available, heat it up on the hub and give it a good clout from behind and it should come off.

YEAH I SMASHED THE STARTING PULLEY I THINK MY HAMMER WAS TO BIG ALL I NEED NOW IS A TIMING GEAR COUPLING AND A CARBY FLOAT THEN I CAN PUTT PUTT ONCE AGAIN ALL HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED |

Or if that doesn't work, disassemble and support the flywheel on it's hub, not flange, in a hydraulic press and press the wheel off.
Sometimes it's easier to take the longer and safer route than taking the shorter and then spending a long time trying to fix what we broke when trying to cut corners. I should know...;-)
