Could someone please give me some information on the engine in the picture possibly the year of the engine how many cylinders where to find the serial number and any idea where to look for parts? Thank you, Janice |

Pic limits complete overview however it is an early model. The aluminum crankcase cover in the pic says type AA. That is a 3hp. The field om the lower right will have the Ser. # stamped on it. Behind the oiler drip pipes is a cast inspection plate shown in the picture. It has the serial number stamped in it as well. Numbers are also stamped into the Pistons, con rod ends and the con rod caps. Would like to see a more complete picture. This engine does not have the factory transmission option. |
