Can anyone please help me, Ive just been given a engine by a relative, He says it needs some parts, The most obvious is a radiator because there is a fan blade supported on a bracket above the cylinder, which runs by a belt from a pully on the flywheel. My problem is I cannot find any pictures or information on this engine, The plate reads: SERIAL NO P5XC 51793. 4 HP 1830 RPM OVERSIZE 0.010 Thanks for reading this, hope you can help. |

Alan ,there is a good website by Kim Siddorn. Kim has a very extensive gallery of S/T engines etc. You may be able to identify yours from his extensive collection. I will send you the link . |

Peter, thanks for sending me Kim's email address, I will send him a post tomorrow, as it's past midnight here. Tomorrow I will start to strip down the engine ready for a rebuild, after taking some pictures of the before. I will need to find a manual if you know of anywhere I can get hold of a copy. Thanks again Alan H. |
