just got this on launch is it a P5 Stuart and labels say as the picture.Any tips on commissioning and pitfalls to avoid?

This engine and launch have never seen water its claimed just bought these and arrive next week. I am based in Saudi Arabia but live in the UK and help to commission and pitfalls regarding commissioning safely would be a great help. Label attached indicates preservation of engine and not to rotate until service is required?
