Anyone got any pictures or advice on how to fabricate an engine cover for a small launch?

It is for a small 12' launch and space is at a premium but would like a simple design. Any ideas would give us a great start.

My own preference when running my boat is to take the cover off and leave it at the dock - I just love seen, hearing and feeling that engine tick over - hearing and feeling it is OK, but seeing it too puts the icing on the cake.

I've just finished re-engine-ing my 14ft launch (replacing an R3MC with an R3MD) - I made my new cover from 3mm ply with internal stiffening & a sound absorbing lining.
