Evening All, I am refurbishing a P6 Stuart which is in good condition with the exception of a significant amount of erosion at the bottom of the barrel. Honing it hasnt dressed out pitting so I will have to get the cylinder bored out. Given the extent of the pitting, I am trying to find a piston that is 30 thou oversize. The standard sized piston was 2.750. If anyone has a serviceable piston on 2.780 diameter, I would be pleased to make you a sensible offer for it. Mr. Schofield cannot oblige this time. Any help gratefully received. Thanks Jon |
