Usually the coils and points variety were P66 and had dynastart or starter and generator I think. However to unsieze sprocket:- remove flywheel- undo nut hold lever pressure on left hand side between flywheel outer and engine, clump r/h side with clump hammer, it should spring off. clean up sprocket with wire brush and carefully remove circlip (if its there). Warm up sprocket with blowtorch, not too hot, squirt with easing oil, repeat several times. Using a hard block of wood and hammer on a tooth attempt to turn the sprocket. repeat all the above sevaral times and it should free off to a loose fit. The centifugal latches should be a simple task to refurbish. I'm sure I can find another sprocket if you ruin it. The centre part is crankcase, so big problems if you break that off!. |

Standard chain fit, its 1/2" x 3/16" I seem to remember. Just measure the distance between the rollers and the width of the sprocket. |
