Petrol Tank for R3M wanted

The current tank is horizontally mounted, approx 15 x 7 x 4 inches, but I have a little flexibility on space. Apparently one method is to shape the tank to be made using the foam insulation used in home insulation. The former is painted with several coats of polyurethane varnish and then several laminations of epoxy impregnated glassfibre cloth are moulded around the former. When well cured use a hole saw to create an entry point for the filler. Pour in acetone. The foam is destroyed and the residue poured out leaving a 'your shape and design' tank. I must add that I haven't tried the method but it is on my 'to do' list. Dave B.
