Hi all, I am in Marlborough NZ and seeking a single Cyl 5 hp for a 14ft'r I have restored. I have fitted a P66 in her but it is obviously too big and want to fit a smaller one. If anyone has one needing a good home I would be pleased to hear from you with condition, price & location etc, attached is a photog of the current installation. Cheers Roy |

Hi Roy, I have a 1951 carvel built boat powered by a Stuart R3M which is only 1.5 hp however pushes it along easily up to 9.5 kph . I recommend this engine highly , if you can find one! We've had this engine since 1961 , rebuilt in 2003 ( Fairways Marine) and has given excellent service since. |
