Hi, I have a P66 all running and restored, fitted to the boat. Exhaust system has been fitted as per manual, but it needs a U bend/gooseneck to stop water getting in to the system when she heels. The pervious engine was a Stuart and was removed prior to my purchase of the boat. Does anyone know if the U bend will cause any probs with back pressure or extra carbon? Would be gratefull for any advice on this. Andy |

Well had no replies. Future ref for anyone with the same problem. It makes no difference so long as the guide is followed for the 3ft prior to silencer. Also added a outlet to the u bend to make it a wet exhaust after toe silencer with the silencer raised towards the engine. That also worked very well. |
