Although not from an outbaoard motor, I have been searching high and low for info/parts for an HC5A Tillotson carb. It is off a David Bradley "Power Stick" (for lack of a better term)which has about a 1.5-2hp, 2cycle engine.
Anybody?

Try Tredwell Carburetor- they have a selection of NOS Tillotson models |

I have an old Clinton boat motor, it has a tillotson carb. on it, model FP-4. I need a diaphragm kit for it. The motor is a 700 series. |
