Has anyone had a Straubel running with the original Straubel mixer? I have a 10 hp twin which is giving me fits. Everything seems ok inside of the mixers but at a slow speed setting they slobber gas out and at the same time can sneeze on a random basis. The slobbering is also random either one or the other mixer and sometimes both. The engine also is 4 cycling indicating too rich a mixture but when the adjustment screws are moved to reduce the jet movement the darn this will sneeze. I have made a dozen or more springs both lighter and heavier and nothing seems to help.

any ideas will sure be appreciated.

cheers

dick
