I have never run into an ad for a specific engine using the Acorn carburetor. It was one of the numerous Schebler Model D knockoffs that were available. Owners in the early years tried different carburetors thinking they could get more speed/horsepower but from all I have read they really didn't achieve much if any sucess. |
