It's always a bit of a triumph to conclusively identify an unmarked part. In this case, it is a c.1908 Kingston marine type carburetor pictured in a c. 1908 Truscott Boat and Auto Supply Co. catalog.

I think it is great that you preface your dating with a c. As we know as fact stated by a now long gone Palmer employee the pictures (cuts) that they used in ads wern't always updated or accurate.
It is all to easy for us to unintentionally re write history |
