Does anyone know where I can get a 6 volt battery for a 1954 Graymarine #620? I want it to be similar to what it had in the 1954 Lyman. It's all still 6V system. Thank you |

A lot of old farm tractors still use them so farm dealers have them. Places like Napa have them in their books, but if they don't sell them often they have to order them. Some diesel trucks use 2 6 volts instead of one 12. Those diesel sixes are usually larger than would have been in a gas boat. We have a large Interstate dealer near by and they have 2 or 3 forklift pallets full of 6 volt batterys all the time. |

Try golfcart batteries , they have hi-bridges & antispill caps , much like marine batteries also are avialable in 6 volt |
