Hello

I am trying to find a service manual for a bmc 3.8 liter 4 cylinder diesel. Probably tempest commodore. Motor number starts with 38J. I am told this is a bcm industrial engine. Can anyone confirm this?

This engine has a vacuum govener on its Simms injection pump.
