Yanmar MA3 1 cylinder 15hp ??

When asked for further information, the owner told me its a 15hp engine but nothing is written on its plate. The engine is in good condition and he's asking about �400 euro for it. What do you recommend ? Should I buy ? When I searched the internet I found nothing on the MA3. Maybe some of you can be of any help ... Thanks
