my 354/6 oil psi is low at start up 25 psi by the time I get back to dock 8 psi engine runs fine I just changed oil to Rotella 15/40 |

I see you needed an oil sender so this is no doubt the first time you have witnessed oil pressure on the engine? For starters I'd use a mechanical gauge to double check that you have the right sender and that the reading is correct.

I put a snap on gauge to check 38 psi at start ran boat held 30 psi I tried 3new senders an a new gauge all read 20 psi at start then after I run boat they drop down 8/10 psi Can't figure out why this |
