Just curious if anyone might know (DEFINITEVELY) the very first year of production of the volvo MD2.

ALSO are both the MD2 & MD2B cast iron cylinders WITHOUT sleeves?

The the manuals says YES but there are many pics in the MD2B manual which are showing photos of the MD2.
I doubt it but I was just wondering if they somehow missed this point as well?
