Looking for information and parts for what we are told is a 1949 Caterpiller F54 6 cyl marine diesels. they are attached to Twin disk 3:1 transmissions. I'm looking for more I.D. info on block but so far no luck. anyone have any thoughts as to what this might be and where I might find parts. one of the two engines has a cooling problem. thanks for your help.
