I have a straight eight flathead 1952 M48 Chrysler w/ a leaky water pump. I have already tightened the packing nut on the water pump. This did not solve the problem Does anyone know which type of packing I can use to replace the original? |

maybe a wax type that is used in the shaft log. it comes any many sizes. you could also consider have it machined so you could put a O ring in its place |
