I have a Gray Marine 140 2 carbs the plate on the nanifold says 140, the trans. plate says 160.
Its dark blue, red paint underneath. I don't know what it is
The carbs ice up to the point of frost. Can't get
RPMS up or sdjust carbs.
Any ideas.
