We're going to be rebuilding the Lycoming 4-58 that's in my Mullins Sea Eagle. My mechanic is seeking any all data, specifications, etc. that he can get. I'd be pleased to discuss with you whatever you have available. Steve Hurley |

I have a copy of a 1939 Lycomings engine manual that my help you. It is only 28 pages long but it does cover most of the important settings that you will need. I, too, have a 1938 Mullins Sea Eagle. The only real problems are encountered in the rebuilding stage was to rewire it and clean the guages, it runs pretty good considering it's age. I realize you posted this a while a go, but if you would like a copy of it email your mailing address to [email protected] and I will send it to you on the same premise I received it. The gentleman who sent it to me at no cost I had never met, he is from New York and his cost is to get it running and send pictures. Let me know what you think, Bob. |
