We have at a museum, a Buda engine with I am assuming Model # M205CG piston 3 3/16 x 4 1/2 stroke Does anyone know where I can get infromation? Thanks Mark |

Those numbers do not show in my books. Buda did use a 4.5 stroke. i guess they could have made an engine with smaller pistons. Got a picture? |

Buda did build several 4cyl 205's, but my books show 313/16 x 41/2, not 33/16; was that a typo?? Are those dual ign sparkplugs on top?? There was an old Buda "M" fron the teens, but it had a 3 3/4 bore, and the only other "M"'s on my Buda list are apparently much larger engines (admittedly, my list is far from complete). Just where on the engine does the "M205CG" appear, and if on a tag, what else is on the tag?? |
