Just bought a Mayer brass carb on Ebay, and this intake was attached to it. I know that they used the Mayer on YT-1s, and the bolt holes on this intake are angled, as if to keep the carb level when the engine is tilted at an angle. Overall length is 5 13/16, bolt holes are on 2" centers. I'd like to confirm what it's for, since I have no use for it. Chris |

I don't think so. It would have to be slanted at the Carburetor end with the high side on the aft end of the lower flange. This way it would make the carburetor even more at an angle with relation to a more or less level position. How far is the center line of the carburetor end out from the cylinder (upper) end of the pipe??? Best I can offer. |
