Detroit Concerns The Detroit Auto-Marine Company has incorporated with a capital stock of $75,000. The stock is divided as follows: Lou Burt, 2,400 shares common; Edwin M. Stone, 2,400 shares common; Myrtle P. Hurlbut, 100 common; Lou Burt, trustee, 875 common and 1,000 preferred; Edwin M. Stone, 1625 common and 6,500 preferred, and Edwin M. $75.000 must have been a lot of money for a company back in the 1900's. I guess maybe they were Just getting the business off the ground. John |
