I have acquired a Palmer NR-1 . It has cylinder water jacket Freeze damage . The engine turns freely. It also has the Atwater ignition box. I would like to sell it to a collector who has parts or needs parts to restore an engine. Waterpump and Schubler carburetor are preset and look to be ok. I am in Kenly North Carolina.
