Does the aft side have provisions for a water pump ?
Belle Isle goes through a range of companies, I have 5 listed, Concrete Form took over about 1911,
none of the 5 companies marine ads mention an air cooled option, yet the tag speaks for itself, wondering if this could be a pump engine of some sort ?? Have any ads or articles ever surfaced on an air cooled Belle Isle eng ??

Nothing to mount a pump on.
Just the back of the crankcase and cooling fins |
