I had a customer drop off "an old engine" today. It is a Palmer p-1. There is no serial number following the designation. I am trying to figure out the jump-spark timer on this engine as it does not have a spinning portion. Does it "POP" up/down from a detent on the crank? Engine is lightly stuck and I can't roll it over right now. Any thoughts? |

Hello Bpineo - I too have a Palmer P-1 that is in need of a lot of restoration work.
