Here are some pictures of a 1902 Elco yacht tender. 16 ft. OAL x 6 ft beam. Carvel planked and lots of mahogany. It has a two cylinder Ferro with all the right hardware: a Ferro carburetor, the right type primer cups, it is headless, Joes gearbox etc. It did have a starter and ring gear which were clearly not original. Note the really nice throttle/timer quadrant: never ever seen one of those before. And the neat little sector gears that control the timer. It has several hard points in the hull fore & aft that allowed it to be lifted and lowered by the ship's davits. It was restored in the late l990's and sold for $9,500 slightly above the reserve price. And this one is the Mary Alice and the Racine was the Mary Jane :o)
