Met a gentleman that has a little inboard marine engine at our November show here in Florida this past week. No name tag and he does not know who the manufacture is. I told him I would post some photos on the Old Marine Engine forum. Any help with identifying the engine would be appreciated. Literature or adverts would really be appreciated. Also we were trying to figure out how the water pump system works. Owner: Dan Lighthill from Ohio.

The timer would make me think it's a Tuttle. You can do a search of this board from for Tuttle and you will see lots of photos. Here is a direct link to one thread with some photos and catalog images. |

The timer is indeed similar to my 1907 Tuttle. The mixer and check is different from my engine. The flywheel on my engine has a balance weight riveted on it. The cylinder is quite a bit different from my engine too. Dick

Does tend to look more like the Grasser engine in the link below. http://www.oldmarineengine.com/discus/messages/1/6967.html |
