I seem to recall someone was casting bronze water pump clevises for an eccentric driven water pump.I need one for ~1.5" eccentric with perhaps 1/2" of throw (.25" radial offset.). This one is for a JJ Parker. I made the ignotor today and when I get this part, I will be in the home stretch. Rough castings AOK and I can make the eccentric for the crank from cast iron rod stock. |

The following came in from Art:
Quote:Andy, Thanks for the reference. Yes, I cast (cast iron) an eccentric for Lockwood - Ashe and Nadler 2 1/2, 4 , 6 and 8 Hp inboards. I also cast the water pump strap, and the whole water pumps all in bronze. Also availalbe are all the castings associated with the timers , body, gears, supports etc. I have a price list available. I also cast similar parts for the Caille 4 Hp. inboard. Art DeKalb
