There is an enormous amount of information on Palmer engines on this site. Do some looking at that body of information first. Then, it would be really helpful to know what model Palmer, what condition the engine is in, is it a fresh or salt water engine, is it free to rotate or is it stuck, where it is located, when do you want the work to be done, is it missing any of its parts, do you want it restored to working order or do you want it to like like new? |
