Look real good and I think you will agree it is a Roberts Design. I had one just like it that was tagged Bruce Stewert Imperial which like most of the Mullins engines were designed and possibly made by Roberts. 2 things that seem to be unique to Roberts designs are the tapered intake manifold runners where it mates with the cylinder the other is the slots in the flywheel rim. Oh and Nonmagnetic too...
By the way this one needs an automotive style distributor the drive was under that 3 bolt plate.

I assumed this one had a handle behind the flywheel for marine use, and a distributer for airplane and other uses.

I have a Roberts that looks very close to the one pictured but mine has a timer. It also has a cool nametag that reads Roberts Motors the motors that never backfire. It is a 2 cyclinder 6 Hp and is also all nonmagnetic except the flywheel,timer,crank and drive flange. It looks like aluminum to me.
