After two successful years in my son's first boat, the racing runabout HORNET, it is time to re-power the boat with it's 'new' Crosley. So, the Kermath Sea Twin that has led Andrew's boat to two consecutive People's Choice awards at the Tahoe Concourse d'Elegance, the Thunderbird Trophy, and many more trophies has been removed from the boat and is looking for a new home. It runs strong, I fully restored the WICO magneto (new cap, new timer, new points, new wires) so it has very good spark, the carb has been fully rebuilt, and I even equipped it with an original starter that works wonderfully. Just a bit of ether and it starts everytime. I will also include a new-old stock generator for it, it matches the starter. New head gasket from Olsen's, and I think I even have some new extra valves that I will include with the deal. Included is a copy of the original Kermath manual and WICO manual. Email me for pictures at [email protected]. The exhaust that was on it was custom for the boat, so you will have to arrange your own exhaust (easy stuff, it's just 1" NPT pipe) Great little engine, I am looking for 750.00 or best offer, you come and pick it up (good excuse for a trip to Lake Tahoe!) - Regards - Dave Triano |
