Johnson Freeze Plugs?

Sirs, I have Johnson 7.5 AD11 1957. The freeze plugs on this motor are blown out & I would like to replace them. Can I weld or sodder a new plug in there place or where can I get a used or new part for this. Also do I need glue to seal the head back on?
