If anyone needs a flywheel for a waterman K2 K1 or D1 I have two. One is a new casting which has the lug to mount a timer switch if required. The casting is not machined and has a slightly thicker rim so a D2 will idle a little better. I made a pattern and had 4 cast last winter 1 for my Dippy and one went on a early K1?? ca.1910 and one is heading for Canada leaving one extra. They were cast out of 35000 psi good cast iron. The foundry charged me $50 ea. so anyone needing on can have it for $50 plus shipping. The other flywheel is the original K2 flywheel and is not cracked and could be used just as is. If you have a K1 and need a lug to mount the timer switch you will need to do a little c clamp engineering. I am asking $30 plus the shipping. No charge to box etc. If you have any questions feel free to email me. |
