I've got a Canadian pot belly stove called a Little Giant.Any relation? It makes smoke,gets hot,can be cantankerous. |

* This is the only ad I have ever seen with the exact Waterpump and all the other characteristics of the engine above with the exception of the crankcase casting, the larger 5- 6 hp and bigger engines I believe had the double web design ? 1907 Ernie was again right on with this ID, following up the history search of Detroit Gas and Machine Co. they came directly from Detroit Auto Marine Co. in very late 1906 and the Company was in turn sold again in late 1907 to The Strelinger Marine Co. but from what I can find Strelinger only mfgrd the small 1 1/2 hp version the "Little Giant" ** |
