Hey guys, I've got an emergency.... I have a Kermath Sea Twin, and I need a starter for it. The Kermath manual says I need a part # B17547 starter. The engine goes in a boat that my son and I designed and built together over the last two years. It's a 12' 'Racing Runabout' named 'Hornet', and we entered it int he Tahoe Concourse last week. We won the Thunderbird Trophy for Most Unique Boat and People's Choice, a great result for it's first time out! Unfortunately, I couldn't get the little Kermath running in the boat. I had it running on a stand two weeks ago, but no luck in the boat. I'm sure I just had it flooded, but it sure would make things easier if I could use a starter instead of the rope method..... (the starter that was on it turns the wrong direction, part number B17645, so we can't use it, go figure...). The next boat show is at the South Tahoe Wooden Boat Classic in two weeks, yikes. So, any help would be appreciated!! Thanks in advance - Dave Triano 530-318-5872, [email protected] |
