Has anyone else seen this book on Google book search? It has over 400 pages and is loaded with early photos & sketches of stationary engines, marine engines, boats, etc... all kinds of diagrams info you would not believe. List of engine companies, list of engine patents, engine advertisements. The book is on a PDF file and is free to download..you must have a PDF viewer in order to view it on your computer without being on the internet or you can simply view it on the Internet through Google. The more pages you look at the more interesting it gets. I have spent a couple hours looking at it already this morning. Click on the link below to check it out. http://books.google.com/books?id=2qgPAAAAYAAJ&pg=PA358&dq=detroit+engine+works&l r=#PPP1,M1 |
